A meeting would be required to negotiate the exact company requirements, however there are three standard fitness options that are outlined below.
Option 1 – Wellness Seminar
A seminar introducing the benefits of fitness and well being. This will cover:-
Understanding nutrition

Benefits of exercise

Understanding the effects of toxins
-
Benefits of attending fitness and health advice sessions
Option 2 – Individual fitness and health assessment
Following attendance at a wellness seminar staff can be offered a FREE individual session to include:-
Checking individual personal health and fitness
Measurements:-
Weight Muscle mass
BMI Bone density,

Fat% Water %
-
Metabolic rate Metabolic age
-
Blood pressure Waist hip ratio
Following FREE individual fitness assessment the
following advice will be provided:-
Nutrition advice
-
Advice on appropriate exercise methods
-
Follow-up report outlining individual results with
-
recommendations of appropriate nutrition and
exercise program
Duration: 20 minutes per individual
Option 3 – Individual or group fitness session
Depending on feedback received from individual fitness assessments a range of individual or group fitness sessions can be offered:-
Initial health check to establish fitness levels:-
Beep test/step test

Sit and reach

Peak flow
-
Blood pressure
-
Posture check
1 hour personal training exercise session
