During your exclusive one-on-one personal training sessions its just you and your trainer( Nathan Honess), no interruptions or distractions to hinder your progress.

Within this time, you and your trainer can concentrate on your individually specific training program that is tailored just for you, based on your individual goals. The trainer will direct you every step of the way, demonstrating movements, answering questions and motivating you.

Your personal training program will be flexible and will be individually tailored for you, so it doesn’t matter if you have never exercised before, we can still create a program just for you. As your needs and abilities grow, the program changes with you to ensure you are constantly getting results.

The hardest part is to make the initial decision to change your lifestyle, but with this unique and secure training experience you stay motivated, focused and energetic. And you get the results you have always dreamed of, quicker than you could ever imagine.

The personal training sessions time will varie to the clients needs however the standard time will last about 60minutes.

The first session will include a Initial health check to establish your own personal Health and fitness levels:-

  • Beep test/step test

  • Sit and reach

  • Peak flow

  • Blood pressure

  • Posture check

  • Metabolic Rate and Age

  • Muscle Mass

  • Bone density

  • Water %

  • Fat %

This will be continuously checked throughtout your personal training experience-
