I first attented Blastoff Bootcamp in May 2010, I felt unfit, overweight and unhappy about my image! Six months after having a baby,like most new mum's i just wanted rid of my stubborn fat that i had gained during pregnancy!
When I first started Bootcamp I dreaded the fitness tests in the first session, however session by session and week by week, my fitness improved as did my attitude towards bootcamp, it became more exciting and addictive with each bootcamp that came and went!I just love seeing my fitness and my body change for the better.
Nathan's bootcamps are full of fun, passion and commitment, you are supported throughout your full experience, he truly is amazing at his job, and the sessions are so fun,different but hardwork which gets results.He Brings a sense of laughter and humour to the group, we always have a laugh,which makes up for all those Burpees, mountain climbers, press ups and even bouncing on space hoppers!
The people who attend the bootcamps are always friendly and very welcoming, I will be starting my fourth Bootcamp experience and cannot wait!I have incresed my fitness level massively and lost a stone in weight, knowing I will lose more with bootcamp!
